Massage Therapy Services
Our massage therapies are tailored to your needs. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our therapists will work with you to identify the pressure and style that works best for your body.

All of our massages start with an  amethyst and tourmaline infused infrared mat for grounding and healing, oils and warm towels.

Pregnant women can receive any of our massages at no additional cost. Please alert us at the time of booking and we will see that you are matched with a therapist certified in Prenatal Massage to ensure you receive safe and comfortable care. Women experiencing pre-clampsia should not receive spa massages or sauna.

*Massage services are by appointment only.
*Appointments must be booked in advance or a minimum of 24 hours ahead of time.
* Feel free to message us if you do not see a time that works for you.

Reflexology

Biodynamic Structural Integration

Imagine scar tissue or fascial restrictions around the lungs. Because of the pull of the adhesion, with every breath, the movement patterns of the nearby structures would be altered. This could shift rib motion creating pulls on the spine. These restrictions might then show up as mid-back and neck pain, as well as limited range of motion in the shoulder. This scenario highlights just one of hundreds of possible ramifications of a small dysfunction - magnified by thousands of repetitions each day. This also explains how pain can often be far removed from the actual cause.  This treatment involves gentle mobilization of structures within the Cranium, Thorax, Abdomen, and Pelvis, to create change, sometimes quite dramatic, within the system. Visceral Emotional Release may also be used in these sessions to achieve a more complete level of healing.

Myofascial Release Bodywork

Myofascial Release bodywork is a hands on, oil-free therapy that applies slow, sustained pressure or stretch which facilitates optimal hydration of the tissue. This releases tension in the fascial system, increases lymph and blood flow, and allows for improved overall muscle balance. MFR not only provides long term results for nagging pain or weakness affecting physical performance on any level, but will also help prevent future injury.
