About the Event
During this six week program hosted by Operation: Mind, Body, Spirit, students will be introduced a variety of mind, body & spirit modalities and holistic wellness practices that can be integrated into daily living. Sessions will be held from 7:00-8:00 pm twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from September 15-October 28 2020. Offerings include: tapping meditation, yoga basics, yoga for stress & anxiety, mudras & guided meditation, sound healing, reiki & restore, buti yoga, vinyasa yoga, journaling & intention setting, yin yoga, ayurvedic seasonal yoga practice, myofascial release & yoga for energy healing.
Operation: Mind, Body, Spirit is empowering people to reach inside and take control of their health in different ways. We want individuals to feel connected to their bodies and a quieting of the mind.
This event is presented by OmGrown Yoga Collective. We are a collaboration of local yoga teachers who want to bring movement, mindfulness and breathe into the community.
